iTunes Cover Flow issue

I updated my iTunes the other day and TuneUp was installed along with it. When I opened TuneUp it seemed to distort my cover flow view. After I closed TuneUp my iTunes remained that way and I absolutely cannot figure out how to fix it. I have done a complete uninstall as per the Apple website and still nothing. Here is a screenshot.

The issue is at the top of the screen where the current song information should be. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
