Transmission weird problem

Your Mac's Specs
Unibody Macbook Pro 13'' 2.26GHz 4GB RAM 320GB 7200RPM HDD
Experiencing this problem quite a few times. For example, lets say i have 5 ongoing torrents, when i pause one, suddenly the speed of every single one drops to zero, even when only 1 is paused and the other 4 are still ongoing. Anyone knows the reason why? Im using Transmission 2.04 on Mac 10.6.4.
