Where can I find Photoshop CS3 Upgrade (for Mac)?

Well, I know I'm late to the game here but I need to upgrade from Photoshop 7 to a version that'll run on Snow Leopard. That means PS CS3. Unfortunately, at present I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I'm seeing CS4 for $600 (I can't do the upgrade there), and CS5 retails for $100 more than that.

FWIW, I have the latest Pixelmator and have tried Acorn and GIMP. I need Photoshop. I use CS2 at work on my PC and it's a fine app. (FWIW, I found a CS2 upgrade - for $200 - but that's not Intel-native.)

Any ideas or suggestions welcomed and appreciated!

There appears to be a plethora of CS3 packages on eBay.
The Half Price Books in our neighborhood has a decent selections of software.

Hmmmm...

I searched for "photoshop cs3 mac" and found two -- full version, $300 (BIN) and another on auction (currently $132 with just under 3 days remaining).

I'll call some used book stores in our area this week - we have a few that resell software.
