Any idea how i can disable apps from loading at startup. It's already checked (selected to be hidden) in Account logon preferences, yet still loads...any ideas?

Don't hide it, delete it. You can add it back if that causes a problem, but I don't know what that would be. I have only four items listed, none of which is a folder.
