Error 2229

Hi y'all,

I'm trying to install iTunes 10 on my windows pc, but on the final stage of installation I get the error message 2229..

Can someone please advise?
Any help is appreciated.

Download the file again and this time select Save instead of Run when asked what to do with the file.

Error 2229 means the wifi network is dropping packets.

If you're using the update inside iTunes, download it from here.

Thanks, I did download it again using your link and saved it.
I don't use wifi, but a hard wired connection.
But still got the error 2229 message again, when I tried to install it.
Can I try something else? Any advise?

Read the 2nd post by Tim in this thread. My next try would be the third item he mentions regarding services.
