Application Folder Dock Icon Changed?

I inadvertantly dragged my applications folder off of the dock. When I added it back to the dock, the icon is the address book icon instead of the applications folder. How do I change it back?

Right click on it and choose Display as > Folder.
Set as Display as > stack it will show you the first item in the folder

It's beyond me why Display As Stack is the "default" for newly placed Stacks, but the "out of the box" icons are Folders. But, yeah, that's the answer. This question comes up every month or so.

Changing stacks to folders and grid view to list is the first thing I do when configuring a new mac (after changing that hideous snow leopard Aurora desktop pic that is)
