Dock + Long Click / Double Click?

I just got the new Snow Leopard. I was able to open new windows of safari in the dock with a long click before, I no longer can do that... How can I get that back?

Holding your mouse down on a dock icon now activates Expose as you're probably aware. What about right clicking and then selecting new window?
