Reversing iTunes Play Order

When I listen to a podcast or book on CD, my iTunes returns to the last segment I listened to rather than progressing to the next in order. How do I reverse my play order so it's playing sequentially? I haven't found a way to do this and haven't found assistance in Help. Thanks.
