When I answer or make a phone call, how do I turn on the speakerphone? Thanks in advance for your help.

Take the phone away from your ear and look at the screen. Uppr right hand corrner of the box that is there will have a little speaker symbol in it with the word "speaker" below it. Touch the speaker and it will come on.
