Im a covert from PC to Mac, and wanted to know if there was a version of Microsoft Expression Web for Mac?

Nope.

For basic personal sites, I'd suggest iWeb since it's already on your Mac.

For something a little more complex, try Rapidweaver ($40) or Freeway ($79) or Sandvox ($57).

For professional level, look at Adobe Dreamweaver or Flux.
