I managed to pick up a G4 450 Cube today, with 15" Apple LCD Cinema Display. Both are in excellent working order, and the cube has a couple upgrades which are 80GB HD, 384 MB RAM, and it has a DVD-ROM drive.

Yeah, it's a collectors item so definitely hang on to it. It should even run OS X quite nicely and you can always get a G4 upgrade for it if you want to.

I did a quick eBay seach for "Buy it Now" Cubes and 15" Apple LCDs and searched a few online used Mac dealers. Overal I found them selling for around $375-$400 still factory ( just more RAM added ). Found one with a 80GigHD for $450. None of them came with a monitor of any type though.

The 15" Apple LCD ranged from $170-$250. The higher priced ones made specials notes to say no dead pixels / like new condition.

Based on what I found for sale, I'd say $700 seems to be market value for what you've got.

Yeh, I put Tiger on it and it runs pretty good with 384 MB, I have it on my desk now, probably will put it on my Kawai piano and get a USB hookup for MIDI and see how GarageBand works.

i am anthoer one of those "cube" guys.. It is a wonder full machine.
For me (heavy photoediting and webdesign) the cube at 450mhz is beatiful. It will tun tigerperfect except for the core image.. bt who cares.
If u want it fast sonnet makes upgrades up to like dual 1ghz system i belive.. but honestly its fine at 450 mhz.
