ipod touch sound issues

When i turn my music on no sound comes out? i checked the sound and its at full and mute is off.

Can you please be more specific as to what isn't playing sound? What gen iPod touch do you own? Are you using headphones, or stereo speakers? Or the internal speaker if you have a 2G/3G iPod touch?

iPod Touch, MacBook Pro 15" i5
Umm this happened on my iPod touch 2G after using an application with Internet I tried to play music it didn't work so what I did I switched it off left off overnight then te sound worked again magic!! Otherwise if my magic solution restore the IPod....
