Time Machine Running Realllly Slow!!

13" Late 2009 Macbook Pro, iPod Touch 4th Gen
For the first few days I ran Time Machine, it ran really well, but today it just does a few kb at a time. I there anything I can do to make it run faster????:Angry-Tongue:
