I have 3 icons for application, and i wnat to turn them into files that the forums can read( so i can use them as avitars) but they do not work, how do i change them into one of these .gif .jpeg .jpg .png .bmp? i have attached a screen shot of the icons to help( someone on these forums uses or once used the mac one)
