iSat Menus, but NOT in the Menus?

Does anyone know a program that will provide me details like iSat Menus such as temp, fan speed, battery, etc. But for the information to be in a normal desktop program windows not from upper bar menu drag downs?

darn, I already have it and it works great. i wish it came just in a application
