Powerbook vs eMac-Speed

Hi, I was wondering about how the speed of a 1.5 ghz, 512 ram, 12 inch powerbook compares with a eMac. Any body know about this? Or could you make some educated guesses?

Both were tested with 512MB...the eMac has a faster hard drive, and the CPU difference (1.42/1.5) is pretty small.

Of course, you can run a lot faster carrying a 12-inch PowerBook under your arm than you can with an eMac. :mac:

If the clock speed is about the same, they will be neck and neck. The only thing that might hold the Powerbook back a bit is the smaller 5400 RPM Laptop Hard Drive. I am sure the Emac uses a full sized drive which would be faster. Otherwise they are the same as long as all things are equal like Ram, CPU Clock speed, ETC.
