Hi! I'm running win 7 ultimate on a 2009 imac...

everything's working pretty well, except every few times I reboot the computer, I'm greeted with a little red "x" where the volume control should be. I click it and it figures out for itself that it needs to reinstall cirrus logic drivers. How can I make this driver installation permanent?

thanks!

Moved. Does not belong in "Switcher Hangout"

Make sure the correct audio drivers have been installed. Since you didn't provide any info about your machine or which version of OS X you're running, I don't know which drivers you should be using. Install the drivers from your OS X DVD, either Leopard or Snow Leopard.

And be sure to download and install BootCamp 3.1 if you haven't already - it's a windows executable (download and install it from within Windows) available on the Apple support site.

Cheers
