I've just ditched my Samsung laptop for a MBP and noticed my eyes don't get sore or run anymore. After about 15 mins on the Samsung I used to come off with blurred vision. Now using the MBP I din't feel anything, even using small fonts in mac mail. Any reason for this?

Brightness, screen size and refresh rates can make one screen easier on the eyes than another. Some people claim that refresh rates of 60 Hertz or less hurt their eyes.
