A friend of mine just recently purchased a refurbished iphone online from AT&T. He synched the iphone and apparently followed all necessary steps to properly set up the phone, but is not getting service. In the left hand corner of the phone it says "no service", and no calls will go through.
I do not not have an iphone and therefor am of no help, but maybe someone on here can help him out. Any ideas?
