Is this RAM Memory compatible with my MBP?

So, I wanted to upgrade my MacBook Pro's RAM (The mid-2009 13 inch) to 4GB.

Would this work?

Your MacBook takes 2x 204-pin PC3-8500 (1066 MHz) DDR3 SO-DIMM RAM.
So according to what you posted, no that particular RAM will not work.
It has 240 Pins, you need 204 Pins.
