Pandora App Won't Multitask

I have a brand new iPhone 4 with the most updated version of iOS.

Whenever I open Pandora and start listening everything's fine but when I press the home button, or navigate to another app the music stops and I have to go back into Pandora and start it again. It doesn't even play on the same song when I go back into the app to start it again. I can only listen to Pandora while it's open.

What gives? Is there something I'm missing? Some setting maybe? It used to multitask just fine a month or 2 ago

Any help is appreciated!

*NOTE I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling- doesn't fix the problem.

I can confirm that I'm also experiencing this issue. Also looked at the app store reviews and saw similar complaints and gripping.

Is your phone jailbroken or in any way altered from the real 4.0.1 firmware?

Nope, I could personally care less about the jailbroken apps.

Edit: A resync may work, but I'm not at home. Also the OP cited that he removed and reinstalled the app manually and didn't fix the issue.

What does that have to do with asking if the phone was jailbroken?
