A few months back my iPhone broke due to water damage. I had it replaced and when I plugged the new one in it asked me if i wanted to restore the settings of the old one. I did and ever since then it has been behaving just the like the old one. However, it asks me if i want to register it. It does this every time i plug it in to the computer. What should I do? I thought it would be registered after I restored it, but if I register it again will it screw up the At&t contract? I am just confused and would appreciate some help?

My guess is that since you didn't register it before you restored it, there is a data mismatch. If you're concerned, take it to AT&T and let them do it...
