Safe to delete files?

Don't delete anything in there unless you know exactly what you are going to delete.
The simple fix for this is to turn off auto sync and turn it back on.
Goto System Preferences>MobileMe>iDisk and at the bottom toggle the iDisk Sync.
Or turn of auto syncing off entirely, and use the sync button somewhere in the Finder (Most likely in the iDisk HD).
