iPhone not able to sync

Hey everyone, firstly i'd like to say that I am kind of new to the forums and i've recently gone over to Mac from Windows.

Well, when I plug my iPhone 3GS into my MacBook it charges but will not sync or show up in devices in iTunes, instead I get this error (look at attachments). This is a fairly recent problem, I have tried restarting iTunes, iPhone and MacBook but this error still appears. I also have the newest iTunes 9.2.1

it was in apple notebooks because its probably a problem with my itunes, which is on my MacBook
