Won't Start

Hi, I'm somewhat new to macs, but own several of the g4 series desk tops and laptops. Doesn't mean I don't have issues.... My problem is I just received an Power MAC M8570 and it just wont start. I put in PC2100, 133's I think and nothing. I have PC3200, 400 and thought they would work...no. So do I need to change the ram or something else?

What do you mean "it won't start"?

It won't turn on?
Mac OS X won't load/boot?

What do you notice when you turn the computer on? Does the chime sound? Do you hear hard disk activity? Fans? Be more specific! ;D
