All installs clicks open LogicExpress

Whenever I attempt to install a new program, clicking on the icon results in opening up LogicExpress. I have done the usual thing of right clicking on the mouse and opening up the info tab where I see that LogicExpress is chosen to open up. The problem is I do not know what to choose to open the installer itself. I have found no info anywhere on this solving this problem. I know the solution must be simple - could someone here give me a clue?Thanks so much.
