Problem with an "incorrectly uninstalled" program

Hello

i had a problem with the app hotspot shield today so i tried to uninstall it by simply putting the program in the trash can .. now i cant install it again because it says you already have a newer version of hotspot shield

i tried many app uninstalling programs but it didnt solve the problem

Go to Macintosh HD/Users/###/Library/Receipts and delete anything related to Hotspot
Also check here, Macintosh HD/Library/Receipts
