Spotlight showing web history after clearing in Safari

I have a MacBook 13" Late 2009 Model Operating Mac OSX 10.6

In the spotlight there are things that will come up regarding web history, that was done in Private, and was also cleared via the Safari Application.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this problem without deselecting web history as an item to search in spotlight?

Try rebuilding the Spotlight index:

Reindexing Spotlight | Software | Mac 911 | Macworld

Also, you may want to exclude Safari's cache from Spotlight indexing. Add Library/Caches/Safari to your Spotlight Privacy settings in the Spotlight System Preferences applet.
