question about OS version

i'm running Mac OS X version 10.3.9

can i use widgets (sp?) or no? if i need a software update its going to have to be awhile...i was just questioning..i know that i can get a student discount and get tiger for like $70 just have to come up with some $$$.

Yeah, you'd need the program Amnesty to run them though.

It will let you open your widgets on your desktop, so you can download some off the apple downloads page and use them.

You won't get the whole separate dashboard space though.
