Spotlight problem

I recently removed an app(AdiumX) from my computer and did a spotlight search to remove the left-over folders, etc. I then noticed an Adium folder still existed in my user/Library/Caches folder. Spotlight did not return a result for it everytime I tried. Does Spotlight not index everything?

No. I think it doesn't search the library by default.
