Hello, I am moving into a house in the UK which has sky internet. It is adsl and goes straight from the wall into the supplied sky wireless router. Now the person living on the top floor can not get internet in his room and i wanted to know if i could use my d link 615 to extend the range by just pluging it into the supplied sky wireless router and creating a new network? I havn't moved all my stuff in yet so i havn't tried it out yet. Does anyone know if this will work or if there is a possible way to make it work? Otherwise we will just go out and get a better adsl wireless router.

thanks
josh

I'd try setting the dlink up in bridge mode before I bought another one.

Give this a read.

And might check the dlink manual to see if it's got a walkthru for setting up bridge mode.
