How do you toggle between radio buttons w/keyboard?

Hey Gals/Guys,

I've been a mac users for over 20 years and I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to toggle between radio buttons (in an application) or even between the Cancel/OK buttons with a keyboard.

Any ideas?

Tab works in some applications.

I should of mentioned that I'm using mostly adobe products, and unfortunately, Tab does not work.

Try System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Keyboard shortcuts -> Select All Controls (the bottom radio button) or try ctrl-f7 to toggle.
