Since my question regards the software end of this process, I think I am in the correct forum!
I have an Intel Blackbook running 10.5.8
I have recently installed a 500g 7200 RPM drive in by mirroring to an external and then copying to the new drive.
I would now like to transfer this drive to a newer Macbook Pro and am trying to figure out the best/easiest method. My thought at this point is to upgrade the Blackbook 7200 RPM to Snow Leopard and simply "plug" the drive into the new MBP.
Any issues with this?
A second question: Will I be able take the MBP hard drive with Snow Leopard on it and simply plug it into the Blackbook?
Thank you for your help!
