Is it possible for a web site to stop you from logging in to their site by banning your isp address? I try to log in to a site using two different computers and an iphone and it just won't load (4 days now). If I try from a different wifi source it logs in fine. Very strange.

Sure. The more important question though is did you do something to be banned? Perhaps you should contact the admins/webmasters.

Actually, my original "transgression" was linking to another forum dedicated to the same general topic. I mean it was in the forum rules, but I screwed up when I tried to defend my actions with one of the site administrators -- which is far worse than violating the rules!
