I'm new to Mac and floundering. I use Starchat.com to go to my senior chat room. I had no problems on my Toshiba but this has me confounded. I went to Starchat.com and saved the pirch to my downloads but when I open downloads and click on the pirch all i get is a white box with some sort of html in it. Can anyone give me explicit instructions to rectify this problem? Thanks in advance. Yayagal
