Repair Disk Permissions - Same errors

I verified my disk permissions using Disk Utility. It came up with errors which it fixed - fine. Then, I decided to just run it again, immediately. Same errors - same fixes. So I did it again using Techtool Pro - same again.

First - what is happening?
Second - I assume there's no harm in running the repair permissions utility 3 times in a row?

Can someone else try it and let me know if they get the same issue?

There shouldn't be a problem with repeated permissions repair, but instead try OnyX Titanium's Software • Download for your OS version. Run Script Maintenance as well.

Same thing with Onyx - run it 2 or more times, I get the same errors being 'repaired'.
