anti spyware etc

Hi there,

I'm a recent convert to Mac from windows, and was used to doing regular antispyware runs on my windows pc. So i'm wondering if I need to do the same thing with the Mac, and if so can anyone recommend any?

The lack of spyware on OS X pretty much negates the need for anti-spyware software.
