Is it possible to connect the iPad and iPhone in order to use internet tethering?

ps: I dont have iPad with 3G

Nope, the software won't allow it.

With the addition of a product such as the MyFi, you could achieve this -- but keep an eye on your bill and your wallet ...

If you jailbreak your iPhone you can buy a app it's call mywi (I think it costs $10 one time fee) it turns your iPhone into a mobile hotspot, I used it with my wifi iPad and it works great just make sure to monitor your data usage.

I bought the Virgin Mobile prepaid Myfi for that reason..works great.
