I've been looking for jobs, and this one company site has worked fine up until yesterday.

https://irmcjobs.irmc.org/ingham-internet/application/frmset.asp

Now every time I click the 'job postings' link on the left, I get redirected to:

http://bodisparking.com/www.adwbnr.com?bl=js

It appears to be something to do with SQL injections? When I click the 'job postings' link in Firefox it works fine. I reset Safari, and even reinstalled it, and this one link still redirects me away. Do I have some kind of infection on my Mac?

Works fine for me using the latest version of Safari 5.0.1. It's not an infection and since it works OK using Firefox, it can't be a DNS redirect problem. I tried going to the other web site and back again and it still works OK. Sorry, I have no idea why it isn't working for you.

Regards.

Nor can I replicate the problem, using either Safari (4) or Camino.

When you reset Safari, did you include Remove All Cookies? I suspect the redirect is in there somewhere.
