Blocking Mail

I've been receiving spam mail from a dodgepot store in the states called Wrights for months. No idea why. I emailed them and asked them to stop, received an email apologising and then they started again. So I put a block on my Mac which works on my Mac and on MobileMe but my iPod Touch is still receiving these emails from Wright Stores. Does anyone know how I can stop this? Thanks

You could have your solicitor send a threat to sue. That should do the trick.
