usb audio issue

I am looking for where I can download AppleUSBAudio.kext for 10.6.4. I've been having robotic sound issues when I would speak through my mic that apparently could be solved by downgrading this kext to 10.5.6 version. While going through the fix I have accidentally erased the most current version of it, and the fix does not work, so none of my usb headsets work.

Or if anybody can just upload theirs so that I can download it and try it as replacement, I think this should also work. The terminal command for creating back-up file of it in Documents should be:
cp -Rp /System/Library/Extensions/AppleUSBAudio.kext ~/Documents/AppleUSBAudio.kext
