I've got a macbook unibody (late 08). The superdrive on it broke a few months back and now the hard drive is corrupted ( I can only access safari) I need to reinstall os x but how can I without the optical drive? I was figuring I would part it out and just call it gone and buy a new one (there are other minor problems no bluetooth no webcam glass on screen broke) But what do you guys think? I would love it if this computer could hold out until springtime.
