So my hard drive on my PC crapped out. I lost everything. All my music and pictures and everything are on my iPhone. I've got my new hard drive up and running and now I need to get my stuff back on my new hard drive.

How do I download my stuff from my iPhone4 to my PC without syncing my empty hard drive to my phone (erasing all the music on my phone)? This possible on iTunes? Or do I need to use 3rd party software? This really sucks...
