attachments on emails are all going to download

Does anyone know why all of email attachments are suddenly need to be downloaded and saved before I can view? I'm not sure if it it a mac setting or not but it happens on 2 different email accounts.

It just started doing this.

Please let me know if anyone has any thoughts on this.
