I deleted Adobe Flash, can't get it back...

So, this is my first mac and I was putzing around with the flash player and deleted it. I've gone to Adobe and downloaded it again but I feel like I'm missing a step... I download the installer, agree and install and it says I have successfully done all I have to do.

However youtube and pandora says otherwise.

I'm still getting to know the OS and I don't quite know what I'm doing but I'd love any advice you guys have, thanks.

This may be a stupid question but have you restarted your browser?

Check to see if the plugin is recognized by your browser:
Safari: Help > Installed Plug-ins
Chrome: type aboutlugins in the address bar
Firefox: same as Chrome
Opera: same as Chrome
