Resell the free "back to school" iTouch - Allowed?

Ok, this is rhetorically speaking.

Apple is having their infamous back to school free iTouch special where if you buy a new mac, you get a free 8 gig iTouch.

Say I buy a new laptop from Apple and get the free iTouch. And say, I decide to sell the iTouch on craigslist. Technically, it's not allowed but you think I can get in trouble?

Remember rhetorically speaking.

Who said it wasn't allowed? It's your ipod you can do whatever you want with it.

I think the word you were looking for is "hypothetically".

Once you own the iPod you can do what ever you want with it. Including selling it for any price you wish on craigslist.
