I have a webcam that seems to work in Ichat, but to use it with a friend do they need a webcam? It seems there is no way to allow them to see me without them having a webcam.

Ctrl click on the other user and Invite to a One-Way Video Chat

I think that has been disabled in Tiger though, so you'd need to use iChat AV in Panther...

Whoops, my bad then.

I thought they changed something to do with this with the upgrade, but I must be confusing this with something else :)

Thanks. I right clicked on my friends screen name and noticed that I could have one way voice chats but no video. Its working great now.
