So, I keep reading about using Cyberduck with iWeb '09.

Umm..what exactly is Cyberduck? Does it allow me to publish my website?

Cyberduck is an FTP Client. A lot of Web servers let you FTP to the site to upload your finished HTML and files.

iWeb has built-in file-uploading capabilities, but some people find using Cyberduck (or some other FTP program) faster.

Only if you have iWeb 09. Previous versions of iWeb did not have FTP functionality IIRC.
