Powerbook G4 - Housekeeping

Hi,

I have an 6 year old PB G4 that has 10GB of Space Available, i've trawled through the files and Applications but can't find where the rest of the GB is for me to delete.

Can someone assist. I've not done any housekeeping so maybe thats something i might need to look at (apart from deleting cookies and caches)

Silver M1 iMac 512/16/8/8 macOS 11.6
May help if you provide the size of the HDD and operating system. If you run say Leopard or Tiger and the HDD is 40GB that would be about right.

it's Mac OSX Version 10.5.8 using Safari...
