Quick MBP Question

me again

so , i'm gonna buy myself a 17" mbp and i cant decide if i want the i5 or i7

im gonna use my computer for maya ,after effects ,photoshot and gaming ( on windows)

i'll order it with tje 7200trm 500gn hdd and 4gb of ram

should i take the i7 option or not or invest on 8gb of ram ( witch is 100$ more)

Go for the i7. You can always purchase memory later on and most likely at less cost then you would from Apple. Installing memory yourself is very easy on the new MBP models.

Definitely go for the i7 bearing in mind memory is much cheaper elsewhere
